| Todd received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He has been in the rapid prototyping industry since 1993 and has hands on experience with a variety of prototyping technologies. As a founding owner of Realize, Inc., Todd envisioned an environment where customer service and quality were paramount as well as creating a fun and exciting workplace. When not busy helping customers, he is spending time with each department making sure things are going as planned. On occasion, he’s even been known to don a shop apron and help out with the daily load. When at his desk, Todd enjoys listening and sometimes even singing along to music from his iPod. We’ll be the first to tell you that he is NOT your next American Idol! Out of the office he enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing golf. |

| Tonya received her Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting from Indiana University and is a licensed CPA in Indiana. In addition to possessing over 15 years of public and corporate accounting experience, Tonya has spent many years in the prototyping industry and is a founding owner of Realize, Inc. She enjoys keeping the guys in line at the office and likes to create geeky spreadsheets with accounting data. |

| Dan spent 24 years as a Master Model Maker at RCA / Thomson Consumer Electronics in addition to his many years of prototyping experience with SLA & SLS. A real people person, Dan enjoys the many challenges of sales and his biggest joy is interfacing with customers. In fact, he is so indispensable, we have already informed him he can never retire. Dan likes soft music, walks at sunset, fine wine, pina coladas and getting caught in the rain. |

| Tom has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Machine Trades and Plastic Injection Molding from Vincennes University. He has worked several years in the product development industry as a CAD Designer and prototype shop machinist. We are delighted with the energy Tom brings to our front office and we are trying to keep up with him! Tom is proud of his hybrid, a Toyota Prius, and plans to buy a Hummer with all the money he saves on gas. |
 | Alan Conlu – Prototype Engineer

| Alan graduated from Purdue University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design and has been in the design and prototyping industries for the last several years. He is very experienced with RTV molds, urethane castings, SLA builds, painting and finishing techniques as well as industrial design and CAD projects. Alan is the reigning champion of the Realize Interoffice Ping Pong Tournament, but has been accused, by some, of using performance enhancing substances on his road to victory. When not at the office, Alan enjoys playing golf, biking, basketball and music. |
